I recently purchased a prestige European used car from Costa at Auto City Motors . I had been to a few used car dealerships and found sales people very pushy and used high pressure selling which made me feel uncomfortable . I enquired on line and costa called me . He made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process which no one else made bothered to do . I made an appointment to view the car . I found costa to be accomodating and very professional. Offered me an extended warranty not a dealer warranty which I know is not worth the one and paper that it is written on . He was totally transparent with the whole process including the roadworthy . After an extended 'evaluation' I can give AutoCity a big 4 stars. As an interstate unseen purchase it was certainly a little harder than a regular car yard visit. Communication was okay and Costa and Maria made all the arrangements and in under 2 weeks I had the Audi in Adelaide. Some unfortunate roof markings were not revealed (and photos are usually not enough in such cases) and the vehicle arrived without an antenna. Overall description could have been better. Then came the most unfortunate 3 month warranty claim when the frame for my sunroof malfunctioned and broke. The complexities are too hard to explain here but I can say that a local business and Audi Australia assisted resulting in a minimal outlay for me, the latter subsequently reimbursed by AutoCity. Communication again was not great but kudos to Autocity for their professionalism and assistance.

We just bought a second hand car from Max at AutoCity Cheltenham, Vic and had a great experience. He was really knowledgeable about the car we were after and presented all the information in an honest way that was easy to understand. Peter and the gang at AutoCity absolutely went above and beyond for my recent purchase of a BMW 323i Coupe, even though it was over the christmas period when they were closed they opened the showroom for inspection and as soon as finances were sorted went well out of his way while on holidays and sick to get the car to me.Even after some minor delays the team still went out of there way to deliver the car to my house in person and carried out some extra work on the car as a bonus. Worth the trip to Autocity Motors in Cheltenham, I travelled from Seymour to view a Nissan Patrol that had just been listed.On arrival, we were greeted and offered any assistance if required but not bothered by the sales team which was a relief as we were able to view the car freely without feeling like we were being shadowed.A test drive was arranged and the vehichle was as described in the advert, this made for an easy decision to purchase the vehicle on the spot.Within a few minutes we were signing paperwork and the deal was done.All staff were friendly, we finalised our paperwork with Max after having friendly banter after a no pressure deal.We checked the reviews before venturing down and can confirm great customer service.Big thankyou to Max and the Team on our new family car! we definitely will be reccomdening you to all!
